Chelsea serves as a Receptionist for McCrary Law Firm. In her position, she answers the main office phone where she directs and transfers the caller to the correct individual. Chelsea also handles any incoming correspondence and/or documents through mail, fax, and any general email communication. When Chelsea is not answering the office phone, she assists the team with handling all incoming medical bills and records.

Chelsea has been in customer service for 10 years and worked as a bridal consultant before deciding she wanted to help people in the legal field.
