Paul is a long-time Northern Californian. He grew up in Pleasanton and attended Foothill High School. He later attended Chabot, Fresno City College and the University of Oregon as a student athlete. He later received his teaching credential from Saint Mary's College of California as an educational specialist. 

Paul has worked for McCrary Law Firm since July of 2023. Prior to joining the team, he has gained experience in many fields that help bring expert insight into many personal injury cases. He was a vessel and terminal superintendent at the Port of Oakland, a warehouse manager on Project Loon for Google and a special education teacher.  With his wide knowledge of workplace safety and injury prevention he is a perfect fit as the Director of Client Acquisition, helping potential clients with any questions or concerns one may have. Paul excels in his job due to his compassion and life experience.  He treats each client with respect and knows each individual’s situation is unique.  He believes every person is brought to our firm for a reason.  He works hard to alleviate the stress an accident or injury brings and helps encourage everyone to focus on their healing.  He is always willing to listen and find a solution for any situation that may arise.
