Wei graduated cum laude and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. He received his undergraduate degree Bachelor of Laws (LLB)from Shanghai International Studies University. Wei has a tremendous passion practicing in personal injury law field and he is dedicated to understanding clients' needs and advocating for their best interests throughout the legal process.During his study in Lincoln Law School of Sacramento, Wei was an active member in the board management of APALSA student organization. He also represented the school basketball team to compete in each annual basketball tournament between students and alumni. Wei is fluent in English and Chinese. Prior to practicing law in California, Wei worked as a professional foreign movie/drama subtitles translator after he proudly served in US Army. Furthermore, Wei had various legal experiences in corporate law and business litigation fields in Shanghai, China.

In his spare time, Wei likes to play guitar, ride horses, play basketball and soccer, ride dirt bikes, explore new places and go to concerts.
